There are two ways to contact us either by our official phone number, which is an 9876543210 number, or by filling in our webform.
To change your account information, such as your email address, contact details or password, just Sign In and follow the prompts on screen in the section you want to change.
Some large items will be available for next day delivery, if it is, you’ll see this whilst your placing your order. Some large items can take up to 4 weeks and the carrier will be in touch closer to the expected delivery date to agree a suitable day for delivery of your item(s). Made to order furniture will be delivered within 5 weeks from date of order.
Almost all items can be returned as long as it was purchased within the last 30 days and is an unused, saleable condition with it’s packaging. One exclusion to this is mattresses, to return a mattress, it must not have been removed from it’s packaging. In order to arrange the return of your large item, please get in touch with by using the ‘contact us’ link.
We will always try to help. If your large item is indoor or outdoor furniture and you believe it is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day it has been delivered. You should refuse delivery of an item you believe is damaged or faulty. Should you have a problem with a your indoor or outdoor furniture after delivery we will try to fix this as soon as possible, we will try to repair it or replace it for you.
